Instructor: Dr. Demetrios Patos

Dr. Demetrios Patos is a Sports Performance Consultant. Works with amateur, aspiring and elite athletes, using a range of brain training technologies and mental game strategies. Utilizes brain training and mental game skill programs designed to work in collaboration with existing coaching and skills training programs. Bachelor's degree in science and physical education from Elmhurst College. Played and started on two CCIW Baseball Championship teams (79 & 80). Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences and has extensive training in orthopedics and functional medicine. Certifications: Mental Game Coaching, Interactive Metronome, Titleist Performance Institute, Health Coach and sports team physician. Founded and successfully owned and operated Alpha Rehabilitation and Medical Center in Berwyn, IL for 27 years. Team physician for Saint Joseph High School and Nazareth Academy for over twenty years. Consultant to numerous high schools and colleges. Extensive experience working with a variety of athletes ranging from amateur to professional level.
